Light-Gauge Steel Framing, Built to Your Plans
The complete light-gauge steel structural package (walls, floors and roof) built from your engineered plans.

What we supply
The complete structural package
Floors, walls and roof in light-gauge steel, built from your engineered plans. Pick a layer to isolate it, or pull the frame apart.
- Floor
- Steel joists and rim track
- Walls
- Studs, track, headers, bracing
- Roof
- Steel trusses and bracing
Demonstration frame with typical member sizes. On a real project, every member, spacing and connection is set by a California-licensed engineer.
We supply and install the complete structural package in light-gauge (cold-formed) steel: walls, floors and roof. We build it from the plans you already have: the homeowner's, the architect's or the general contractor's. We are not a factory selling a catalog model. You keep your design.
Each frame is engineered together with the panel manufacturer's engineers, and a California-licensed engineer stamps the structural drawings and calculations. The steel panels are fabricated in Utah to those drawings and arrive on site numbered, so the crew sets them in order. We coordinate hold-downs and anchors with the foundation and hand off a straight, square frame to the trades that follow.
What's included
- Load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls
- Floor framing
- Roof framing
- Factory-built steel panels, fabricated in Utah and shipped to your site
- Coordination with your engineer, architect and general contractor
- Trade coordination for electrical and plumbing penetrations
How to start
Send your plans and tell us where the project is. Every steel frame is engineered, so we start by reviewing your drawings, not by quoting from a price list. If your plans are drawn for wood, see wood-to-steel plan conversion.
Next step
Have plans already?
Send your wood-frame plans and your address. We review them and explain what a light-gauge steel frame involves for your home.
